Dubai is establishing its reputation as Asia's emerging startup hub with the launch of Doers Summit 2025, set to take place on November 26–27 at Dubai Silicon Oasis. The two-day gathering will assemble more than 3,000 founders, investors, operators, and innovation leaders from around the globe to explore scaling strategies, cutting-edge technologies, and international partnerships.
Arranged by, The Doers Company (tDC) - the group responsible for the previous Reflect Festival - the Dubai chapter signifies a significant step in broadening the Summit into a worldwide tri-city platform covering Athens, Limassol, and Dubai.
“Dubai is the next step in our evolution from hosting an event to creating a movement,” said Stylianos Lambrou, CEO and Co-founder of The Doers Company. “Doers Summit exists to turn introductions into deals and playbooks into execution.”
The Summit will include practical sessions, startup guides, and interactive Q&As in three stages, addressing subjects such as funding for startups, AI-led innovation, and growth in developing markets.

The Startup Spotlight and Doers Pitch at the Summit will allow selected founders to present to investors and arrange one-on-one meetings. In previous editions, these sessions produced more than 50 subsequent meetings between startups and investors. The Dubai event guarantees unique networking opportunities, including founder breakfasts, investor roundtables, and rooftop mixers, all against the city's vibrant innovation environment.
