Oraseya Capital and NQubator sign an MoU to connect early-stage UAE tech startups with investment opportunities. The partnership strengthens incubation, mentorship, due diligence and potential co-investment pathways for scalable ventures.
Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) Investment Arm, Oraseya Capital, has signed an exclusive strategic partnership with NQubator to enhance the investment pathway for early-stage tech startups in the UAE from incubation to investment. The two organisations have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which outlines a framework for the identification, development and preparation of promising startups for VC opportunities.
The partnership aims to enhance the coordination between the structured startup development programmes and investment processes. It is in line with the vision of Dubai Economic Agenda D33 to enhance Dubai's stature as a global center for the digital economy and advanced technologies.

Through this agreement, NQubator will recommend promising startups from its incubation programmes and ecosystem initiatives to the team from Oraseya Capital for assessment. The startups are likely to have finished structured incubation and validation programmes that will help them further consolidate their business models, prove market potential and enhance their readiness for commercialisation.
Oraseya Capital will conduct an investment decision process and a Due Diligence process on the referred companies. In addition to investment assessment, the firm will actively participate in the NQubator ecosystem by providing mentorship, advisory meetings, demo days, evaluation panels, and more to help NQubator founders and grow their companies.
The partnership also opens the opportunity for co-investment opportunities. Other investment partners of the NQubator may join in as well in some funding rounds, giving startups more opportunities to access capital and strategic knowledge.
The agreement is expected to facilitate a more seamless bridge between the world of start-ups and the world of institutional venture capital in the UAE. The partnership will improve the quality of startups to enter the investment pipeline by identifying promising startups earlier in their development process and will also assist the founder by providing access to relevant expertise, networks and funding.
