NMDC Energy PJSC (ADX: NMDCENR), a premier provider of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) service to both offshore and onshore energy sectors and has entered a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the premier pipeline manufacturer in Abu Dhabi called Al Gharbia. The memorandum seeks to explore opportunities to expedite pipe production in the UAE, facilitating growing local, and regional, demand.
Globally, Al Gharbia is recognized for its Longitudinally Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) pipe manufacturing capabilities and is one of the largest manufacturers to adopt Industry 4.0.
The partnership compliments the objectives of MIITE (Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology) to foster industrial growth and ensure synergies between key players in UAE industrial, and energy sectors.
