Man Industries (India) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aramco Asia India to investigate the possibility of setting up a steel pipe manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia, according to the company. The MoU details intentions to evaluate the practicality of establishing a cutting-edge steel pipe production facility in Saudi Arabia via MAN Industries or its affiliates.
It also involves collaboration in creating technologies and resources to meet the energy, infrastructure, and industrial requirements of Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and the broader Middle East area. The partnership will concentrate on ensuring a sustainable supply of MAN’s product lineup, which features API-grade large-diameter carbon steel pipes widely utilized in energy transportation and infrastructure initiatives.

The MoU takes effect immediately and will remain valid for five years. Both sides will now undertake detailed assessments outlined in the MoU’s framework.
