Atlas Manufacturing has installed state-of-the-art laser welding technology into facilities and achieved results of increased precision, efficiency, and quality. This strategy further strengthens the company's position to serve high-growth sectors such as telecommunication, medical, HPC, and retail with superior manufacturing solutions.Laser welding is highly known to have accurate welds, which are almost distortion-free to the material. It is quite accurate and has more consistency when compared to any other traditional methods of welding; therefore, even the most complicated designs can be very well chosen with laser welding.By incorporating laser welding, Atlas Manufacturing expands its capacities, especially where industries require spotless fabrication with tight tolerances. In HPC, such advanced computing assemblies require lightweight materials that are sturdy, such as aluminium and stainless steel, wherein laser welding gives a real boon. It does the same thing for the healthcare industry, by manufacturing intricate pieces of equipment."Expanding laser welding to both facilities is a game-changer, enabling us to meet customer demands for precision, quality, and speed in industries like HPC, medical, and telecom," said Brett Bohlander, Owner & President of Atlas Precision Sheetmetal SolutionsThis adoption reflects the commitment of Atlas Manufacturing to innovation and excellence, ensuring that customers receive leading-edge solutions for their evolving needs.
